All sale items are non-refundable but you may choose to recieve a store credit note in exchange for your returned item providing it is returned in an un-worn or un-used condition.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Mt Eden Cycles.
If however you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it you can do this. Bring it in to the store together with the products original packaging and labeling within 28 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
Our workshop repairs are completed to the highest standards and as such if you are not entirely satisfied with the repair or service will endeavor to fix the related fault as required.
Items that have been tampered with or changed outside of the workshop by someone other than a Mt Eden Cycles Mechanic will however be void of this.
Faulty Goods and Warranty:
All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, but this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. The guarantee lasts for 12 months from the original purchase (unless otherwise stated). Some brands offer longer warrenty conditions, call for details.
When returning faulty goods, please be aware that goods are returned to our suppliers and any refunds or exchanges may take up to 10 working days.
Mt Eden Cycles Loyalty Scheme:
All customers are eligible to become a member of the scheme. Our employees and any relatives of such employees are eligible to become members of the scheme, subject to the restrictions in these terms and conditions.
The points for the loyalty scheme are earned on all purchases on parts or items (excluding workshop labour and bicycles).
one (1) point is awarded for every dollar spent. 100 points is equal to $5.00 discount. This discount is not available on workshop jobs and bicycles.
Points and discounts are saved to the customers account, and are redeemed on request.
